All applicants must be completed by an advocate approved by Caribbean Aid and all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The child must permanently reside in the Caribbean
- Specialist medical treatment required is not provided by the local statutory authorities
- Parents or carers are unable to meet the financial cost of overseas medical treatment
Overseas Medical Assistance (OMA) Application Form
OMA application form must be completed by an Advocate on behalf of the child. The application must be completed in entirety and all requested documentation must be provided.
